ARA-290 | 10mg | Innate Repair Receptor Agonist
For In Vitro Research Use Only — Not for Human or Veterinary Use

Description:
ARA-290 (cibinetide) is a synthetic 11-amino-acid peptide engineered from the helix-B surface domain of erythropoietin (EPO). It selectively activates the innate repair receptor (IRR)—a heterodimer of the EPO receptor and the β-common receptor (CD131)—to study tissue-protective and anti-inflammatory signaling without stimulating erythropoiesis. This lyophilized 10mg formulation is supplied for controlled in vitro investigation of innate-repair pathways, neuroinflammatory models, and regenerative signaling independent of hematopoietic activity.

Specifications:

  • Unit Size: 10mg
  • Form: Lyophilized powder
  • Molecular Weight: ~1257.3 Da
  • Sequence: Pyr-Glu-Gln-Leu-Glu-Arg-Ala-Leu-Asn-Ser-Ser
  • Solubility: Soluble in bacteriostatic or sterile water
  • Storage: Store lyophilized in a cool, dry location. After reconstitution, keep at 2°C–8°C

Application Context:
ARA-290 is commonly studied in vitro for its relevance to:

  • Innate repair receptor (EPOR/CD131) activation
  • Tissue-protective and anti-apoptotic signaling
  • Neuroinflammatory and small-fiber research models
  • Non-erythropoietic EPO-pathway dissection

Intended Use:
This material is supplied exclusively for in vitro research use by qualified institutions or professionals. It is not intended for human or animal consumption, medical therapy, or cosmetic use.
