ARA-290 10MG
ARA-290 | 10mg | Innate Repair Receptor Agonist
For In Vitro Research Use Only — Not for Human or Veterinary Use
Description:
ARA-290 (cibinetide) is a synthetic 11-amino-acid peptide engineered from the helix-B surface domain of erythropoietin (EPO). It selectively activates the innate repair receptor (IRR)—a heterodimer of the EPO receptor and the β-common receptor (CD131)—to study tissue-protective and anti-inflammatory signaling without stimulating erythropoiesis. This lyophilized 10mg formulation is supplied for controlled in vitro investigation of innate-repair pathways, neuroinflammatory models, and regenerative signaling independent of hematopoietic activity.
Specifications:
- Unit Size: 10mg

Application Context:
ARA-290 is commonly studied in vitro for its relevance to:
- Innate repair receptor (EPOR/CD131) activation
- Tissue-protective and anti-apoptotic signaling
- Neuroinflammatory and small-fiber research models
- Non-erythropoietic EPO-pathway dissection
